At InnerCalm Wellness, our Medication Management Program is designed for individuals who have never tried antidepressant or anti-anxiety medication but may be candidates for TMS or Spravato® (esketamine).

This short-term program lasts 6 weeks and focuses on helping you explore medication as a first step — with close support from our psychiatrist.

What To Expect

Initial evaluation:

Our psychiatrist meets with you to discuss your symptoms, medical history, and goals for treatment.

6-week follow-up period:

You’ll have scheduled check-ins as the psychiatrist manages and adjusts your medications.

Path forward:

If you choose to continue to TMS or Spravato®, we’ll transition you seamlessly into the next phase of care.
If you decide not to pursue TMS or Spravato® after 6 weeks, you’ll be discharged from our program, and we’ll coordinate to ensure continuity of your care elsewhere if needed.

Our IOP provides structured, evidence-based therapy several days per week without requiring full hospitalization. It’s ideal for patients who need more support than weekly therapy but don’t require inpatient care — treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders in Queens NY and surrounding areas.
