InnerCalm Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates innercalmwellness.co. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only — not to the care you receive as a patient.

What this website is — and isn’t
This is our marketing and information website. It is not a patient portal, and we ask that you do not submit detailed medical information through this site or its chat feature. Your medical records as a patient are maintained separately in our clinical systems and are protected under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive when you become a patient.
Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact and appointment-request forms: name, phone number, email address, insurance carrier, preferred location, and anything you choose to write in a message field.
- Website chat: if you use the chat widget, we ask for your name and email so we can respond. Chat conversations are stored so our team can follow up. Chat answers are informational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or a provider relationship.
- Email sign-up: your email address, if you opt in to hear from us.
- Phone calls: if you call a number listed in one of our ads, the call may be measured for advertising purposes (see below).
Information collected automatically: device and usage data via cookies and similar technologies — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, and general location (city level). We use this to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.
How we use information
