Dr. Saira Pasha is a psychiatrist with extensive experience in academic and clinical settings. She most recently served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Stony Brook University Hospital, where she worked with diverse patient populations, including veterans, individuals with substance use disorders, and those with primary psychosis, mood, and personality disorders. Dr. Pasha completed her psychiatry residency at UConn Health, where she gained expertise in electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) and psychiatric care in VA hospital settings. With a strong background in research and a commitment to medical education, she has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications and presentations. Dr. Pasha is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care while advancing the field through scholarship and community service.
